Michelle C.

Aesthetician

Michelle Cesena is owner and operator of Me by Michelle (MBM). With over 19 years of hands on experience as a Licensed Aesthetician and trusted skin care expert she has worked with the top cosmetic surgeons in the field. Among her achievements, in 2011 Michelle was awarded The Presidential Award from the American Academy of Micropigmentation.

Michelle is dedicated to help each of her clients maximize their skin’s potential, creating customized treatment plans to achieve their pursuit of balanced healthy skin. MBM has grown into a well-respected practice in the valley, with the safety and satisfaction of her clients being the primary focus.

Among many of the laser and skin care services Michelle provides, she is also a permanent makeup artist providing microblading, and has been performing 3D areola and nipple tattooing for over 19 years. Her treatments and advanced aesthetics are under the direction of Medical Director, Lewis A. Andres M.D., FACS, ASPS. Michelle is very passionate and realizes the importance of continuing education and believes it is paramount in an industry that is continually changing.

As a Certified Laser Technician and CLSO she has trained in various laser technologies: Sciton Photo Facial, BBL Forever Young, SkinTyte, Microlaser Peel, Profractional, laser hair removal by LightSheer, HALO, and Lumenis Total and Active FX. She also provides advanced aesthetics including: microneedling, permanent makeup, medical grade facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions.

Since 2000 Michelle has built long lasting relationships with her clients and community; through superior service, expert knowledge of skin care products and effective treatments. She is very passionate about helping each client to look and feel their very best through a preventative and clinical skin care approach.

Medical Assistant

Arizona Native, RMA working in the medical field since 2015. Has been working with cancer patients since the beginning of her career. She enjoys being there for her patients during the whole process. She wants to make sure their entire experience with us goes as smoothly and pleasant as possible. In her free time she loves to spend quality time with her friends and family, hiking, dancing and going to concerts.

Veronica C.

Practice Manager

With over 15 years experience in the medical field, assisting in the treatment of HIV, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Health & Diabetes Education and Plastic Surgery, Veronica fosters warmth, compassion, and exceptional patient care at Andres Plastic Surgery. Her first eight years were in the non-profit sector where she developed, implemented and streamlined programs for the overall health and wellbeing of patients, often assisting patients in finding the right care and support in their most difficult times. Her compassionate nature helps patients who are looking for inner transformations feel comfortable and cared for during their journey to rejuvenation and beauty.

My passion in life has always been to help people. I truly care about our patients as individuals and manage our team like a family. From the time a patient comes in the door until their last visit, we want them to have the ultimate experience. My goal is for every patient to feel special, understood, and most of all, to know that they will receive the best possible care in our hands.

Christian C.

Care Coordinator

Having been in contact with people in the healthcare field since childhood, Christian is pursuing a career in the medical field. He is currently a student at Glendale Community College and is focused on human studies and global health. He assists the team daily with multiple clerical duties by reviewing patient benefits and obtaining authorizations for surgery. His quiet, caring nature and dedication is rarely seen as most of his work is behind the scenes.

It is my goal to one day treat and care for patients and ensure that every patient I see is met with compassion and respect, from their very first appointment to their last.
